Apartment painting in Manhattan

Interior painting, cabinet painting and drywall repair for Manhattan apartments, condos and co-ops — planned around your building’s rules and your schedule.

What we do in Manhattan

Apartments, condos and co-ops

Manhattan work is mostly inside the apartment: walls, ceilings, trim, kitchens and the repairs that have to happen before paint. The same owner-run crew handles prep, painting and clean-up.

Apartment interior painting

Walls, ceilings, trim and doors. Furniture moved or wrapped, floors and fixtures covered, and rooms left clean and ready to use.

  • Living rooms, bedrooms & hallways
  • Ceilings and crown, casing & base
  • Accent walls in deep color

Interior painting

Cabinet painting in Manhattan

A fresh color on kitchen and bath cabinets without replacing them. A hard, durable finish — not a weekend brush-over.

  • Cabinet faces & frames refinished
  • Existing hardware kept or replaced
  • Walls and trim around the kitchen

Cabinet painting

Wall & drywall repair

Nail holes, cracks, caulk and water stains fixed and primed before the first coat, so old damage does not show through the new paint.

  • Patches, tape & joint compound
  • Sanding until the wall is flat
  • Stain-blocking primer where needed

Drywall repair

Offices and common areas

Offices, shops and common halls, scheduled so your space stays in use wherever possible.

  • Offices & waiting areas
  • Hallways & lobbies
  • Columns, soffits & accent bands

Working in your building

Planned around the building, not just the room

  1. Share the building’s rules up front

Many co-op and condo buildings set work hours, elevator or service-entrance bookings and paperwork for contractors. Send them with your request so the schedule accounts for them.

  2. Insurance paperwork

If your managing agent asks contractors for proof of insurance, tell us when you request the estimate so it is sorted out before the start date.

  3. Protection inside the apartment

Floors, furniture and fixtures covered; edges masked before sanding and primer. Rooms are left clean at the end of each day.

  4. Colors that work with your light

City light changes a color fast. We help you choose with physical Benjamin Moore samples on your own walls.
