Process

How a job runs

No surprises. You know the scope, the price, and the timeline before we pick up a brush.

  1. Walk the space

We come out, look at walls, moisture, and what has to move. Texting photos first helps.

  2. Written scope

Rooms, coats, prep, and what is not included — all in writing before we start.

  3. Protect and prep

Floors, furniture, and fixtures covered. Repairs and sanding done before the first coat goes on.

  4. Paint and walk

You inspect the work with us before we pack up. Touch-ups happen on the spot.

We don’t just paint. We prepare.

The right tools, the right materials, the right order.

  1. Floors and furniture are carefully covered.

Furniture moved or wrapped, floors and fixtures protected before any sanding.

  2. Surfaces are cleaned and sanded smooth.

Dust, grease and gloss removed so the new coat bonds.

  3. Cracks, dents and damaged drywall are repaired.

Patched, taped, skimmed and blended in — so the new coat does not telegraph old damage.

  4. A quality primer sets the foundation.

Bare wood, patches and stains are primed so the finish goes on the way it should.

  5. Clean, straight lines where the walls meet the trim.

Cut-in by hand at ceilings, casing and base, then even coverage on every surface.

  6. The final walkthrough.

We walk the job with you and touch up on the spot before we pack up.
